Resolution approving Amendment 2 to the agreement between the County of Nevada and Touchpay Holdings LLC for kiosk services for funding inmate accounts at the Wayne Brown Correctional Facility at no cost to the County (Res. 13-237), extending the term of the agreement for one year, for the period June 30, 2017 through June 30, 2018, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the Amendment.
