Resolution awarding and approving a contract between the County of Nevada and D&E Construction, Inc. for the McCourtney Road Landfill Final Cover Maintenance Project (Res. 17-161), in the amount of $103,622 plus a ten percent contingency of $10,362.20 for the contract work items, for a grand total of $113,984.20, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract.
