Resolution approving the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the County of Nevada and the California Automated Consortium Eligibility System (CalACES), a California Joint Powers Authority (JPA), for delineating the areas of understanding and agreement between the Consortium and the Members regarding matters related to the administration and fulfillment of the Consortium's purpose, effective September 1, 2017, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the MOU.
