Resolution approving Amendment 1 to Standard Agreement 13MHSOAC-TG022 between the County of Nevada and the Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission pertaining to awarding Triage Grant funds to the Nevada County Behavioral Health Department (Res. 14-137), extending the term of the Agreement for one additional year through June 30, 2018 in order to expend unspent grant funds, in the maximum amount of $2,477,628, and authorizing the Behavioral Health Director to sign the Amendment.
