Resolution approving a lease agreement between the County of Nevada and English Mountain Ranch for public safety radio communication vault space located at the Litton Building, in the maximum amount of $4,200 with additional energy usage costs not expected to exceed $100 per year for Fiscal Year 2017/18, with payments increasing July 1 of each year per the Consumer Price Index, for the period July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2022, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the agreement.
