Resolution approving Amendment 1 to the contract between the County of Nevada and Telfer Pavement Technologies LLC for the 2017 Roadway Microsurface Project, County Contract No. 440818 (Res. 17-180), increasing the total contract amount by $30,000 for a total amount not to exceed $375,394.50 due to an unanticipated increase in roadway surface area, authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the Amendment, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the Fiscal Year 2017/18 Department of Public Works Engineering Division budget. (4/5 affirmative vote required)
