Resolution accepting California Department of Insurance Workers' Compensation Insurance Fraud grant funds in the amount of $77,734, for use during the period July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018, authorizing the District Attorney to execute all necessary contracts, payment requests, agreements and amendments, and directing the Auditor Controller to amend the Fiscal Year 2017/18 budget. (4/5 affirmative vote required)
