Resolution approving a renewal agreement between the County of Nevada and Nevada County Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA) pertaining to reimbursing the Nevada County Behavioral Health Department for the delivery of Educationally Related Mental Health Services for special education pupils as identified in the student's Individualized Education Plan (IEP), for the period July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the agreement.
