Resolution approving renewal Agreement 17-94540, known as the County Mental Health Services Performance Contract, between the County of Nevada and the California Department of Health Care Services pertaining to the mandated mental health services performance contract whereby Nevada County agrees to provide community mental health services to cover the entire area of the County, and to comply with all programmatic and State/Federal funding requirements, for the period July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the Agreement.
