Resolution approving a renewal contract between the County of Nevada and CF Merced Behavioral, LLC., dba Merced Behavioral Center for the provision of skilled nursing services, plus long-term, 24-hour treatment program services for chronic mentally ill clients, in the maximum amount of $40,000, for the period July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract.
