Resolution approving an agreement between the County of Nevada and CobbleStone Systems Corp. pertaining to contract lifecycle management software licenses, maintenance, support, and implementation, in the maximum amount of $52,120.27, commencing upon execution by both parties through June 30, 2019, authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the agreement, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the Purchasing Department’s Fiscal Year 2017/18 budget.
