Resolution approving the filing of an application for an Off-Highway Vehicle Grant with the State of California, Department of Parks and Recreation to provide Off-Highway Vehicle law enforcement services, and appointing the Nevada County Sheriff as agent to conduct all negotiations and execute and submit all documents, which may be necessary for completion of the Project.
