Resolution accepting a grant from the State Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) in an amount of up to $58,781 in reimbursement funds for costs associated with monitoring compliance of ABC liquor license holders and underage drinking, for the period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019, and authorizing the Nevada County Sheriff to execute the agreement.
