Resolution approving a contract between the County of Nevada and Thurmond Consulting, LLC pertaining to the development of a 10-year strategic plan to address homelessness in Nevada County, in the maximum amount of $10,800, for the period July 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute contract.
