Resolution approving applications to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) for Community Facilities financing to help support the cost of the North San Juan Fire Flow Project, and authorizing the Community Development Agency's Chief Fiscal/Administrative Officer to be a registered user to create and modify USDA applications, and the Director of the Department of Public Works to be a registered user to sign and submit applications to USDA.
