Resolution approving Standard Agreement 17-CDBG-12025 between the County of Nevada and the State Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) for Community Development Block Grant funds for the rehabilitation and expansion of the Odyssey House, a transitional residential treatment facility for severely mentally ill adults, in the maximum amount of $3,196,396, effective upon HCD approval through July 31, 2023, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the Agreement.
