Resolution approving Amendment 1 to the contract between the County of Nevada and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. pertaining to the preparation of an Environmental Impact Report for the Commercial Cannabis Cultivation Project (Res. 18-328), increasing the amount by $25,000 for a new contract amount not to exceed $280,985, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the Amendment.
