Resolution approving an Agreement between the Nevada County Probation Department and the City of Grass Valley pertaining to AB109 related police officer services for post release probation supervision for certain offenders released from State prison, in an amount not to exceed $45,000, for the period July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the Agreement.
