Resolution approving a contract between the County of Nevada and Granite Wellness Centers (formerly Community Recovery Resources) for the provision of substance abuse related treatment services for CalWORKs participants, in the maximum amount of $40,000, for the period July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract.
