Resolution authorizing the Nevada County Housing and Community Services Division to apply for the Housing for a Healthy California Article II Grant in the amount of $1,000,000 to provide rental assistance funds to chronically homeless, and homeless high-utilizers of emergency health services, and authorizing the County Executive Officer to execute the Application, the Grant Documents, and any amendments thereto as required for receipt of the Grant.
