Resolution approving the submittal of a grant application to the California State Department of Housing and Community Development (HUD) for funding up to $1,000,000 under the CalHome Program, approving the CalHome First-Time Homebuyer Mortgage Assistance Program guidelines to the State Department of Housing and Community Development, and authorizing the Housing and Community Services Director to execute the application, Standard Agreement, and all other documents required by HCD for participation in the CalHome Program.
