Resolution approving the submittal of an application to the California State Department of Housing and Community Development for funding in the amount of $1,000,000 under the CalHOME Program for mortgage assistance and rehabilitation loans to eligible households, and authorizing the Housing and Community Services Director to execute the application, and standard agreement if selected for such funding, and any related documents necessary to participate in the CalHOME Program.
