Resolution approving Amendment 1 to the contract between the County of Nevada and the State of California for the the California Complete Count Census 2020 Outreach and Awareness Campaign (Res. 19-039), accepting an additional $78,150 for a new maximum contract price of $153,150, adding Attachment A-1 Additional Responsibilities and Requirements for Certification to Exhibit "A", Attachments D-1 Protection of Confidential and Sensitive Information, D-2 Non-Disclosure Certificate, and D-3 Volunteer Release of Liability to Exhibit "D", and Exhibit "E" Equipment Purchases, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the Amendment.
