Resolution authorizing the Nevada County Planning Director to apply and submit an Application to the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development for Local Government Planning Support Grant Program funding, known as the Local Early Action Planning Grants Program (LEAP), and if approved, authorizing the Planning Director to enter into and execute a Standard Agreement in the amount of $300,000.
