Resolution approving the submission of a request to the State Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) for an increase in funding, commitment of current Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Income (PI) Funds and all future PI Funds received for the Odyssey House Rehabilitation Project through Project completion (located at 995 Helling Way, Nevada City), and authorizing the execution of grant amendments thereto for the 17-CDBG-12025 State Contract for funding year 2017 of the State CDBG Program.
