Resolution approving a one year Ground Lease, with two automatic one year extensions, between the County of Nevada and the Nevada County Housing Development Corporation, a California nonprofit organization, pertaining to County-owned property located at 13192 Brunswick Road, Grass Valley, CA (APN 006-481-004-000), designated as the location of the proposed Diversion Housing Facility, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the Ground Lease and the Director of Housing and Community Services to execute other documents required as part of the Ground Lease.
