Resolution approving a Ground Lease between the County of Nevada and Gabriel Kulp for development and construction of an aircraft storage hangar on ramp 4 at Nevada County Airport, in the initial amount of $175 per month, for the period August 10, 2021 through December 31, 2062, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the Ground Lease.
