Resolution approving a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Health and Human Services Agency - Department of Social Services and the Nevada County Superintendent of Schools for reimbursement of Title IV-E funds to coordinate educational support services for Nevada County foster youth, in the maximum amount of $326,450, for the period July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, and authorizing the Director of the Nevada County Social Services Department to execute the MOU.
