Resolution approving a contract between the County of Nevada and Nevada County Superintendent of Schools for the provision of behavioral and mental health services in Nevada County elementary schools as funded by the Mental Health Student Services Act, in the maximum amount of $478,122, for the period September 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the Fiscal Year 2021/22 Behavioral Health Department budget.
