Resolution approving the adoption of a list of projects in various District zones for the Nevada County Sanitation District No. 1, authorization to procure the equipment funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and local Sanitation District funds in various zones, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the Fiscal Year 2021/2022 budget and release of fund balance.
