Resolution approving Standard Agreement 19-HOME-14982 between the County of Nevada and the State Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) for the HOME Grant Program, in the maximum amount of $1,000,000 upon HCD approval through October 31, 2039, authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the Agreement and the Health and Human Services Agency to sign all other documents necessary for participation in the HOME Program, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the Fiscal Year 2021/22 Housing and Community Services Department budget.
