Resolution approving the bidding documents for the 2022 Road Rehabilitation Project No. 450010, authorizing the Purchasing Agent to solicit bids, authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the Notice to Contractors, authorizing the Director of Public Works to award and execute the contract to the lowest responsive bidder (not to exceed $1,389,300) or to reject all bids, and authorizing the Auditor-Controller to amend necessary budgets and encumber the contract.
