Resolution approving Grant Agreement Number 21-10572 between the County of Nevada and the California Department of Public Health, California Sexually Transmitted Disease Branch STD Program Management, for funding to conduct activities necessary to expand, train, and sustain a response-ready Disease Intervention Specialist workforce, in the maximum amount of $563,350, for the period July 1, 2021 through December 31, 2025, authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the agreement, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the Fiscal Year 2021/22 Health and Human Services Agency Public Health Department budget.
