Resolution approving Amendment 2 to the contract between the County of Nevada and Integrated Psychiatric Solutions, Inc. for the provision of mental health services (Res. 22-149), increasing the maximum contract price from $65,000 to $69,000, revising Exhibit “B”, Schedule of Charges and Payments, to reflect the increase in the maximum contract price, for the period July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the amendment.
