Resolution approving Amendment 1 to the contract between the County of Nevada and Nevada County Superintendent of Schools for a Health Data Analyst to encourage, improve and support disease monitoring and prevention in the school community (Res. 21-347), increasing the maximum contract price from $145,000 to $179,580, revising Exhibit “A”, Schedule of Services to refine current deliverables and incorporate additional services and Exhibit “B”, Schedule of Charges and Payments to reflect the increase in the maximum contract price, extending the contract termination date from November 17, 2022 to June 30, 2023, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the amendment.
