Legislative Title:

Resolution authorizing the Information and General Services (IGS) Agency Director (Director), or designee, to execute the attached Internet Service Provider (ISP) Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA) and other future NDAs in substantially similar form and substance to support the County's efforts to expand and improve broadband service, and authorizing the Director, or designee, to destroy pursuant to Government Code section 26205.1, all records exchanged with ISPs under such NDAs.
