Resolution authorizing the Chair of the Board to sign the Invitation to Bid for the 2023 Nevada County Thermoplastic and MMA Safety Project, County Project Number 225037, granting the Public Works Director authority to incorporate any final changes into the bid documents before advertising for bids, and instructing the Purchasing Agent to advertise for bids in accordance with the applicable regulations with the bid opening date to be set by the Director of Public Works.
