Resolution authorizing the Chair of the Board to sign the Invitation to Bid for the 2023 Road Rehabilitation Project, County Project Number 450011, granting the Public Works Director authority to incorporate final changes into the bid documents before advertising for bids, and instructing the Purchasing Agent to advertise for bids in accordance with the applicable regulations with the bid opening date to be set by the Director of Public Works.
