Resolution accepting award of the California Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development, Local Jurisdiction Assistance grant funding in the amount of $755,895.55 (Res. 22-579), for the Local Equity Grant Fund Program to assist local equity applicants and licensees through its local equity program for commercial cannabis activity, and authorizing the Community Development Agency Director to execute the grant agreement.
