Resolution accepting funds from the Department of Health Care Services under the Capacity and Infrastructure, Transition, Expansion and Development Program, which is part of the California Providing Access and Transforming Health Initiative for the purpose of supporting the Enhanced Care Management Team, in the maximum amount of $336,533, for the period July 1, 2022 through December 31, 2023, authorizing the Director of Behavioral Health to sign the Acknowledgement of Grant Terms and Conditions and any necessary documents in connection with the award, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the Fiscal Year 2022/23 Behavioral Health budget.
