Resolution approving Amendment 1 to the contract between the County of Nevada and California Forensic Medical Group (CFMG), Inc. for medical, mental health, and dental services at the adult correctional facilities in Nevada County (Res. 20-508), increasing the maximum amount by $171,503 to a total amount not to exceed $13,899,671, for the period January 1, 2021 through June 30, 2024, with a continued two 2-year option to renew, amending Exhibit A to allow CFMG to hire Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the amendment.
