Resolution approving participation by the County of Nevada in the California County Assessors’ Information Technology Authority, a state funded Joint Powers Authority (JPA) developing projects benefiting all 58 counties, and authorizing the Nevada County Assessor, in coordination with the County Executive Officer and County Counsel, to countersign the agreement and any other necessary documents.
