Resolution approving Amendment 3 to the agreement between the County of Nevada and HDR Engineering, Inc., for developing project plans, specifications and estimates for the McCourtney Road Solid Waste Transfer Station Redesign Project (Res. 19-528), increasing the contract amount by $185,000, to a new total amount not to exceed 1,867,813.95, to allow HDR to provide support as necessary throughout the construction phase of the project, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the Fiscal Year 2022/23 budget. (4/5 affirmative vote required)
