Resolution approving a multi-year renewal agreement between the County of Nevada and Granicus LLC, dba Granicus for annual maintenance and support of Legislative Management, Meeting Efficiency, Citizen Participation and MediaManager modules, in an amount not to exceed $173,796, for the period July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026 upon adoption of the Fiscal Year 2023/24 budget, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the agreement.
