Resolution approving Amendment 2 of the Sub-Recipient agreement between the County of Nevada and Nevada County Housing Development Corporation as awarded through the Coronavirus-Program Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Standard Agreements 20-CDBG-CV2-3-00270 and 20-CDBG-CV2-3-00272 ( Res. 21-095), increasing the agreement by $29,664.05 for the conversion of transitional housing units to permanent housing units at Empire Mine Courtyards, for a maximum amount of $1,138,114.05, for the period January 1, 2022 through October 30, 2023, and authorizing the Director of Housing and Community Services to execute the agreement.
