Legislative Title: Resolution approving an amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the County of Nevada (Participant) and the Counties of Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Diego (Owner) to continue the Nevada County Clerk-Recorder’s use of the Statewide Electronic Courier Universal Recording Environment (SECURE) Multi-County Electronic Recording Delivery System (ERDS) (Res. 18-190), with an annual Participant maintenance fee of $0.30 per document for an annual fee of approximately $7,600, for the period July 1, 2023 through April 25, 2028 upon adoption of the Fiscal Year 2023/24 budget, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the MOU and future amendments.
