Resolution amending Resolution 18-368 authorizing the submittal of an application to the California State Department of Housing and Community Development for funding under the Home Investment Partnerships Program, in the amount of $1,000,000, and if selected, authorizing the Health and Human Services Agency Director or the Director of Child Support Services/Collections and Housing and Community Services to execute a standard agreement, any amendments thereto, and any related documents necessary to participate in the Home Investment Partnerships Program.
