Resolution affirming an amendment to the California Department of Housing and Community Development’s Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) Program to support housing-related projects as identified in the PLHA local plan (Res. 21-036), increasing the maximum amount from $1,337,254 to $2,266,091, for the period January 25, 2021 through June 30, 2030, and authorizing the Health and Human Services Agency Director to execute the amendment.
