Resolution approving the Grant Award Agreement between the County of Nevada and Bear Yuba Land Trust (BYLT) for an "Outdoor Visitor Safety Fund" grant funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and General Fund dollars from the approved Fiscal Year 2023/24 budget, in the amount of $30,000 for the BYLT Trail Stewardship and Outreach Capacity Project, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the agreement.
