Resolution approving the Grant Award Agreement between the County of Nevada and Sierra Gold Parks Foundation for an "Outdoor Visitor Safety Fund" grand funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and General Fund dollars from the approved Fiscal Year 2023/24 budget, in the amount of $71,000 for the Yuba River Safety Enhancement Project, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the agreement.
